Quick Fix: Shake & Bake Chicken

However many boneless, skinless chicken breasts you want
butter (or lite equivalent)
shake chicken
– put some handfuls of flour into a large freezer bag
– also throw in whatever mix of spices you want (at LEAST garlic powder and S&P)
– beat an egg in a small bowl
– melt butter in frying pan on low-to-medium heat
– dip chicken into egg to coat
– then place each piece of chicken in freezer bag
– zip bag closed & shake vigorously so all meat is coated
– remove chicken & place it in pan
– cook for at least 8 minutes *without moving* meat (so crust is formed)
– add in another little dab of butter
– turn chicken over & cook the other side for same time, in same way
